A playful warm-up.
A section designed to introduce children to dodgeball in a supervised, playful and active environment, with activities adapted to each age group.
Junior training develops coordination, movement skills, teamwork, confidence and fair play through games, adapted exercises and real dodgeball situations.
No previous experience is required: sessions are designed to introduce the sport progressively and make it enjoyable from the start.
Training takes place two Saturdays per month. Exact dates are communicated by the club.
